All dogs planning a stay with Flying Fur Pet Salon must pass a behavioral evaluation to make sure the free range environment is a good fit for them. Our behavioral evaluation will allow us to accurately assess how your pup will act when mom and/or dad aren't around.

All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:

• Rabies every 1 to 3 years
• DHPP every 1 to 3 years
• Bordatella every 6 to 12 months

All dogs planning a stay with us must also be spayed or neutered if they are older than 8 months for normal size dogs and 12 months for giant breeds. If dogs are not altered, they cannot attend free range daycare during their stay, but can board in one of our private rooms.

PLEASE PUT YOUR PET(S) FIRST AND LAST NAME ON ANY AND ALL BELONGINGS

1. Review and/or complete the Daycare-Boarding Form and Veterinarian Release forms. 
2. If vaccinations are needed, schedule them at least 7 days prior to your pet’s arrival.
3. Apply your pet’s monthly flea and tick medication.
4. Medications/Supplements
5. Food should be pre-measured, include 2 extra days.
6. To give your dog a sense of home, include something with your scent (e.g. blanket, t-shirt, a favorite toy, and treats) this will also help make your pup more comfortable during their vacation.
